Yes — we regularly build from client-supplied or third-party drawings. We'll review the documentation during consultation to confirm buildability and pricing.
Structure, lock-up, fit-out and standard fixtures are all itemised in the contract before you sign. Any optional upgrades are priced separately so there's no ambiguity.
No — council and building permits are managed by us as part of the approvals stage, before construction begins.
